The Day After

Here's an update on the klutz. I slept on a heating pad all night. I'm still very sore today in the behind area. The old lady look I feared has come to fruition. The burning on my arm went away (thank goodness!) cause that really hurt. I did find bruises on my other arm too and my wrist is a little bit sore but not too bad. And a little soreness in my back around my shoulder blades. But other than that, I'm hanging in there. Think I'll hang out on the heating pad some more today.
