At court they almost declared Ethan's case a Baby Moses case but couldn't because in a Baby Moses case the parent must identify themself. Not sure what that would have meant but I guess it doesn't really matter. The termination attorney was appointed and a termination hearing is scheduled for Feb 6. Pray all the red tape takes place like it should so we can move forward on Feb 6. If not then it gets pushed another 60 days out. In addition to moving forward with termination they legally changed his name from Baby Boy to Ethan. Now CPS can order his birth certificate and social security number.
His doc appt went as well as it could have considering he got 3 shots (and let us know how much he disliked it!!!)! He is 11 pounds 8 ounces and 24 inches long. His head is 14 inches. He is doing all he should be doing and considered to be a normal, healthy boy. The one exception (which you didn't have to tell me!) was that they officially said he has digestive problems. So we are switching him to soy formula in hopes it does the trick. Say your prayers! Poor boy can't get down a bottle without crying. I was so glad he took a bottle in front of the doc so she could witness his painful cries. Soy was the trick for Justine...maybe Ethan just wants to be like Sissy??

Soy is the Bomb!! Both my girls has soy and it helped their little tummies. You might also consider changing bottles to Dr. Brown's bottles. They are air tight and help babies little tummies by no air getting in the bottle and less spit up, and gas. You can read about it at http://www.handi-craft.com/bottles/FAQ.shtm
