I'm injured!

Yes, I'm injured...and not from any graceful act either but rather from falling down the stairs--twice--in the same flight (no pun intended). I was wearing slippery flip flops and carrying my big heavy scrapbook bag down the stairs last night for scrapbook night at the church. The flip flops and bag won! I now have a rug burn on my left elbow (which really hurts by the way) and a rug burn along with a bruise and bump on my right forearm. Additionally, today I have lots of sore muscles to go along with it. I know, it's pretty pathetic...but it happened...and I'm confessing. Life must go on.
