Bubba could be coming home soon!

Don't fall out of your chair just yet...Bubba hasn't yet been identified. However, we did get our first placement call tonight for a 3 month old baby boy from Denton County. We pre-decided that we would only accept a newborn from the hospital and Dallas County would be the furthest county away we would accept. So this one was out. BUT, the coolest thing happened. Our agency has a new placement person on staff (the only one at the moment) and it's someone we know!!! God is SO awesome. Her name is Debbie and she was our Adoption Case Manager for Justine. So she called and asked how Justine was and we did some chatting. She asked us exactly what we want and took down some notes and told us to expect a call very quickly. She said just about everyone with an open home wants a girl so if a boy comes up she will call us right away. I made sure she was aware that we are looking for a recreation of Justine's case so when a case looks that way she will have us in mind. I'm so excited! And once again...Waylan said we better clean the house. You all must think we live like slobs at this point...LOL. I'll keep you posted!
